My name is Nick Watson and I’m a Senior Web Developer for a leading Internet Services company (www.optixsolutions.co.uk) based in Exeter, Devon – in the UK. Here I manage a small team of developers and am very passionate about what I do.

I have been in the Web industry for 8 years now since I got my first job at 15, after my work was recognised from one of my personal sites.

Since then I have constantly strived to improve on my skills and am very pleased to be where I am today.

My skills involve PHP (OO), AJAX, MySQLi, XHTML, CSS, XML, Linux/Apache and much much more! I also have very good design skills…

When I’m not working I occasionally do a bit of DJ work (to prove I’m not 100% geek and put some extra money in the pocket!) and love to bodyboard.
